This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the ProcessAIQ platform and services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access.
1. Permitted Use
ProcessAIQ is designed for legitimate business process assessment. You may use the Service to:
- Assess your own business processes for AI automation opportunities
- Generate reports for internal decision-making and planning
- Share reports with colleagues, stakeholders, and advisors within your organization
- Use assessment insights to inform your technology strategy
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
2.1 Misrepresentation
- Submit fictitious or deliberately misleading process descriptions to manipulate assessment results
- Present ProcessAIQ reports as certified audits, compliance certifications, or guaranteed outcomes
- Misrepresent the AIQ Score as an industry-standard metric or third-party certification
- Claim that ProcessAIQ endorses your products, services, or business decisions
2.2 Competitive Misuse
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract ProcessAIQ's methodology, algorithms, or AI prompts
- Use the Service to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service
- Systematically scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service using automated tools
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute ProcessAIQ reports or assessments without authorization
2.3 Harmful Content
- Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third party's rights
- Submit content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use the Service to facilitate illegal activities
2.4 System Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or performance
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations or resubmission limits
3. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the data you submit to ProcessAIQ. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the business process data you provide
- Your submissions do not violate any confidentiality obligations you may have to third parties
- You will not submit personally identifiable information of others (such as Social Security numbers, health data, or financial account numbers) in process descriptions
4. Report Usage Guidelines
- Reports are for your internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing
- You may share reports with your professional advisors and stakeholders
- Public posting or distribution of reports requires ProcessAIQ's prior written consent
- If you share reports, you must include the AI-generated content disclaimer
5. Enforcement
ProcessAIQ reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including:
- Issuing warnings for minor or first-time violations
- Temporarily suspending access to the Service
- Permanently terminating your account
- Pursuing legal remedies for material violations
We will attempt to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to hello@processaiq.ai.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email for material changes.
