Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for ProcessAIQ services and how to request one. This policy supplements Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
1. Refund Eligibility
Because ProcessAIQ reports are AI-generated digital deliverables produced on demand, refunds are limited to specific circumstances where the Service did not deliver what you paid for.
1.1 Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Technical Failure: The Service failed to generate your report due to a technical error on our end (e.g., a generation pipeline failure that we cannot resolve through retry).
- Materially Incomplete Delivery: A paid report was generated but is missing material sections that your tier includes (e.g., an AIQ Atlas report that fails to produce the financial analysis section). In this case, we will offer to regenerate the report at no charge or issue a full refund at your option.
1.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with the AI's analysis, conclusions, recommendations, or AIQ Score, where the report was generated successfully and includes all sections promised at your tier.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to read the scope of what each tier includes prior to purchase.
- A report that you believe under-represents the maturity, sophistication, or unique characteristics of your process. The AIQ Score is computed deterministically from your assessment answers; outcomes reflect the inputs you provide.
- Inability to use the report due to factors outside our control (e.g., your organization's policies, internal disagreements, or implementation challenges).
- Resubmissions that exceed the limits in Section 5.1 of our Terms of Service.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted, except in cases of technical failure where we determine the failure occurred within the 14-day window but was not discovered until later.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@processaiq.ai with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The Stripe receipt or order confirmation number
- A brief description of the issue
- For materially incomplete delivery: which sections are missing or incomplete
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
4. Enterprise Subscriptions
Enterprise subscriptions ($3,999/month) are billed monthly in advance.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Enterprise subscription at any time by contacting hello@processaiq.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Current Month: The current month's fee is non-refundable and is final upon billing. You retain access to the Service for the remainder of that month.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: Enterprise subscriptions are not pro-rated. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a partial refund for the unused days.
- Reports Generated During Subscription: Reports generated during your subscription period remain accessible per the retention terms in our Terms of Service (90 days after subscription cancellation).
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at hello@processaiq.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve most billing disputes within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date and do not retroactively affect prior purchases. Material changes will be communicated via email.
